Jonah and the Whale for Kids

God asked Jonah to go to a city called Nineveh. But Jonah didn't want to, so he ran the other way on a boat!

A big storm came, and Jonah ended up in the sea. Then a giant fish swallowed him — gulp!

Inside the fish, Jonah prayed and said sorry to God. God heard him and the fish brought him safely to land.

Jonah got a second chance to obey. God is patient and kind with us too.
