Daniel in the Lions' Den for Kids

Daniel loved to pray to God every day. But some men made a rule that praying was not allowed!

Daniel kept praying anyway, because he loved God most of all.

So Daniel was put in a den with hungry lions. Uh oh! But Daniel wasn't alone — God was with him.

God sent an angel to keep the lions' mouths shut. In the morning, Daniel was safe and sound!

“My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions.” — Daniel 6:22

The big idea

We can always pray to God, and He is with us.
